We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Snowsports Instructor to join our team at Arapahoe Basin. As a Snowsports Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching skiing and snowboarding to guests of all ages and skill levels in a high-energy and high-alpine environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a safe and fun learning atmosphere for guests.
  • Accurately describe and demonstrate skiing and snowboarding techniques, adapting to the specific skill level of each guest.
  • Work with children, adults, and families to nurture a love of snow sports and create a memorable experience.
  • Understand and enforce the Responsibility Code and Skier Safety Act.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests in a respectful and transparent manner.
  • Manage a specific work schedule and take ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Continuously improve your skiing and snowboarding skills to provide the best possible instruction.
Requirements
  • PSIA-AASI certification (or international equivalent).
  • Minimum 1 season of snowsports instructor experience.
  • Previous customer service, teaching, coaching, or related experience is preferred.
