Position Overview
As a key player in our logistics team, you will oversee the shipping and receiving of components and machinery, supporting various departments including Warranty, Quality Assurance, Technical Services, Engineering, Marketing, and R&D.

Key Responsibilities:
This role entails the following duties in compliance with all relevant Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures:

• Ensure all orders and machinery are properly packed and loaded for dispatch.

• Label incoming equipment and relocate it to designated areas.

• Coordinate the shipping of machinery for business operations by arranging logistics and collaborating with external shipping vendors.

• Organize equipment staging for events and manage multiple transportation vehicles.

• Maintain accurate daily documentation and bills of lading.

• Deliver received parts and equipment to the appropriate locations and inform relevant team members.

• Complete customs documentation to facilitate timely international shipments as required.

• Inspect incoming goods for damage and report findings to the shipping provider.

• Secure the shipping area and ensure the safety of shipped items at the end of each workday, during breaks, and lunch periods.

• Conduct daily inspections of forklifts and report any issues to the Shop Supervisor.

• Be prepared to work overtime and travel as necessary to support business needs.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to meet deadlines.

• Competence in using computers for data entry and information retrieval.

• Familiarity with web-based shipping platforms and tools.

• Knowledge and skills to safely operate and instruct others on all types of equipment in the shipping area.

• Forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain certification (training provided by Kubota).

Equipment Utilization:

• Operate computers, electric and propane forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, shrink wrap machines, and compactors.

• Load and unload trucks while operating Kubota machinery.

• Utilize office equipment including copiers, faxes, phones, and printers.

Physical Requirements:
Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. The work environment includes both warehouse and office settings, requiring walking, standing, and sitting at a computer.
