We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations of our company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Handle account reconciliations and general ledger accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform financial analysis to support business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Apply cost accounting methods to help management understand the financial implications of business decisions.
• Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and collection of invoices.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure financial reporting accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve financial processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the agricultural sector.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and general ledger accounting.
• Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost accounting.
• Experience in payroll processing and managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Knowledge of auditing principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
