Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

As a Personal Banking Advisor, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers when they visit our branch or call the branch for assistance.
  • Work hands-on with other branch team members to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Build relationships with our customers and connect them with products and services that support their financial goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School diploma and at least two (2) years' of strong customer service experience.
  • A general interest in the financial services industry and desire to develop a long-term employment relationship.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative work environment.
  • Proficient computer knowledge and ability to learn bank-specific software.
