Social Pedagogue

Crimson Solutions is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting child and youth welfare. As part of the Red Cross and Red Crescent movement, we operate over 50 facilities in various districts, providing a range of pedagogical concepts and focuses.

Our educational center consists of a GBS location and a daycare center. At our GBS location, approximately 270 children between the ages of 5 and 14 are accompanied and supported by 25 professional and freelance staff in fixed groups for lunch, study time, and a diverse range of courses and leisure activities in the afternoon. In addition, early and late services as well as a full-day holiday program are offered at the location.

At our daycare center, approximately 35 children between the ages of 0 and 5 are lovingly cared for and supported in their development by our team of 6 professionals. Conceptual focuses include musical early education, movement, nutrition, and language development.

We are seeking a Deputy Manager (m/f/d) in HH-Bramfeld with 30 hours per week in part-time. The position is permanent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of our educational center and contributing to the development of our pedagogical concepts.
