We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Runner/ Server Assistant to join our team at Reverence, a high-end, reservation-only luxury restaurant. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and upholding the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a consistent and high-quality dining experience
  • Set tables, serve food orders, and remove used plate ware and utensils in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist with food running, carrying plates that may be warm or hot, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Polish glassware, utensils, and linen, and perform other duties as requested by management to ensure exceptional guest service
  • Follow Covid-19 guidelines and maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or higher
  • Previous hospitality experience required
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds or more and stand for extended periods
  • Corrected vision to normal range and ability to communicate clearly
