Job Description:
  • Develop and produce engaging content for multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with management to identify and develop compelling stories
  • Maintain a professional on-air presence and provide solid vocal delivery
  • Build and maintain relationships with sources and industry professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication/Journalism or related field
  • Three years television anchoring or reporting experience
  • Strong reporting skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate newsroom computer systems

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year. Nexstar Broadcasting offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
