About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Used Truck Sales Manager to lead our Used Truck Sales Department at TEC Equipment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and building strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock and minimize overage positions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and technological advances to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 5+ years of successful leadership experience in the trucking industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and business objectives
  • Strong knowledge of trucks and the trucking industry
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities
