Barista Trainee

Caffe Luxxe is a local family-owned business based in Los Angeles that specializes in artisanal coffee. Founded in 2006, we were the first to introduce high-quality, small-batch coffee to the city.

We are seeking a skilled Barista Trainee to join our team at Caffe Luxxe. As a Barista Trainee, you will be responsible for learning and mastering the art of coffee-making, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

• Learn and master the art of coffee-making, including brewing, roasting, and grinding
• Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and making recommendations
• Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean and organized cafe environment
• Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
