Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement manufacturing solutions that align with key lean principles.
  • Plan and improve production methods; estimate production times to meet production goals.
  • Develop innovative automation solutions that augment, support and improve assembly and manufacturing operations.
  • Act as manufacturing process expert to drive process and product design improvements.
  • Provide results-driven technical support in all manufacturing functions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum five years of direct manufacturing experience designing and implementing manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Experience or background with automation controls design or system development in a manufacturing scenario.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives including design of experiments (DOE).
  • Deep understanding of Lean manufacturing, ISO quality procedures, and mechanical and electrical assembly.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with operating internal and external software systems at an advanced level.
