Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in person throughout the purchasing process, including product selection, payment options, financing, and logistics for pick-up and delivery.
  • Conduct daily outreach via phone to both existing and prospective customers.
  • Drive new sales opportunities through our extensive array of business services.
  • Foster a supportive and team-oriented work environment.
  • Participate in merchandising and store setup activities, which may involve moving, assembling, cleaning, and maintaining showroom displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in alignment with company standards.
  • Stay informed about current promotions and advertised products.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to address and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of products across various categories.

  • Maximize sales opportunities by presenting all relevant services and products during customer interactions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in appliance, furniture, or electronics sales.
  • Background in customer service.
  • Prior experience in a retail setting.
