Job Summary

As a WCS Maintenance Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the work activities of the Maintenance and Engineering team
  • Access, understand, and make decisions on information of all types in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP)
  • Prepare efficient and effective work plans for all Preventive, Predictive, Corrective, Condition-Based, and Project/Backlog Maintenance work
  • Work with the Technical Stores Team to ensure parts are available and ready
  • Ensure internal and external labor resources are available
  • Coordinate execution of the plan in conjunction with the production schedule through working with the production scheduling team in a timely manner
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in a technical field, preferably manufacturing of consumer goods
  • Experience with CMMS system (SAP, Maximo, MP2, MLS, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Accountable for personal development and improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • High level of computer expertise and competence
  • Analytical skills in problem solving including DMAIC
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of mechanical processes, equipment, and electrical systems
