We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Lead Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our high-end luxury and custom products to customers, building trust and fostering relationships, and providing excellent customer service.

As a Lead Expert, you will be expected to demonstrate enthusiasm and interest for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and consultative experience. You will provide excellence in customer service, including product information and appropriate follow-up, and support the store in maintaining the standards of presentation and product care.

You will also be responsible for fostering and supporting a collaborative and open environment, ensuring all safety and security procedures are followed, and maintaining a consistently neat and professional appearance in accordance with company dress code standards.

  • Flexibility in work schedule reflecting the needs and patterns of store hours
  • Self-directed and able to work independently
  • Ability to develop interpersonal skills and capabilities through on-going training, as provided by the company
