Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our compassionate team. This role allows you to positively impact the lives of our patients in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Speech Language Pathologist, your primary focus will be to deliver and oversee speech therapy services to a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric individuals. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Evaluating the effects of available resident information on the assessment and treatment process.
  2. Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify communicative deficits and necessary equipment.
  3. Creating and implementing tailored treatment plans with achievable functional goals.
  4. Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to treatment guidelines.
  5. Providing guidance and supervision to aides in accordance with state regulations.
  6. Documenting progress and revising treatment programs based on patient performance.
  7. Instructing residents and their families on therapeutic procedures for home continuation.
  8. Participating in rehabilitation team conferences to discuss resident progress and needs.
  9. Engaging in continuing education to maintain clinical expertise.
  10. Promoting the services of HealthPRO Heritage through community interactions.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Master's Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • A current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
  • A valid state license in Speech Language Pathology.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.
