Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process and adhering to the healthcare facility's unit-specific job description.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
- Previous work experience as an RN, preferably in a PCU setting.
- Current unrestricted RN license in the state.
- Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching.
- May require lifting up to 80 pounds using proper techniques.
- May require standing and walking for extended periods.
- May have exposure to chemicals, radiation, infectious diseases/waste, and/or blood-borne pathogens.
Magnet Medical offers a competitive pay package based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The company is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
