Farmers State Bank is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-time Universal Banker to join our team in the Ventura branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Balance cash drawers and identify potential fraudulent activity
  • Provide exceptional customer service and effectively cross-sell bank services
  • Assist with night depository and vault duties as needed
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bank's products and services
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday during regular bank hours, with rotating Saturday mornings
  • Dependability and ability to work required shifts
  • Professional appearance and behavior at all times
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work with diverse customers
