The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for devising and implementing personalized therapy plans for children aged 2-6 within a center-based environment.
Responsibilities- Therapy Development: Develop and implement naturalistic ABA therapy strategies informed by the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
- Collaboration: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate effective treatment plans.
- Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of approximately 7-8 clients, performing standardized assessments to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Family Support: Establish and maintain positive relationships with families, offering guidance and support throughout their child's therapy journey.
- A minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience in early intervention ABA therapy.
- PREFERRED candidates have a background in Child Development or Early Childhood Education.
- Excellent professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Quality medical, dental, and vision plans.
