Job SummaryWe are looking for a Registered Nurse with experience in ICU settings to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to ICU patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Experience in ICU settings, preferably in a contract or travel nursing role
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
