Commercial Refrigerated Truck Owner Operator Position in Washington DC with Competitive Pay and Benefits

At Hirschbach Motor Lines, we are seeking a highly motivated Refrigerated Team Owner Operator to join our team. As an owner operator, you will be responsible for transporting refrigerated goods across the country, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer service.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $3,200/week per truck, plus the opportunity to earn $0.65 CPM for all miles driven. Our company positions also come with medical, dental, and 401K benefits, as well as paid time off. For lease operators, you can receive $.99/gallon fuel regardless of pump price, new mileage pay starting at $1.10, and a full-service maintenance plan under Next Level Leasing.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibility will be to transport refrigerated goods safely and efficiently. You will work closely with our dispatch team to ensure timely delivery and communicate effectively with customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining your equipment and adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have prior experience as a driver and hold a valid commercial driver's license (CDL). You should also have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
