Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill children, utilizing advanced assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize advanced equipment and technology, such as cardiac monitors and ventilators, to provide life-saving interventions and support.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in pediatric critical care.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric or emergency room experience
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
