Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Hairdresser/Cosmetologist to join our team at Tinta Salon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch hair care services to our clients. This includes cutting, styling, coloring, and treating hair using various techniques. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to health and safety standards, and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert hair care services to clients, including cuts, styles, colors, and treatments* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards* Stay current with the latest trends and techniques in the industry, attending ongoing education and training as needed* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer satisfaction* Manage client schedules, payments, and inventory of hair care products, maintaining accurate records of client preferences and services rendered

Requirements
* Completion of a cosmetology or barbering program and licensure (requirements vary by location)* Previous experience in a salon environment preferred (entry-level positions available)* Strong technical skills in hair cutting, coloring, and styling* Excellent customer service skills, with ability to communicate effectively with clients* Ability to work efficiently, managing multiple appointments and tasks simultaneously* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive motions* Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines* Continuous learning attitude, with commitment to staying updated on new trends and techniques* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team* Salary range: $25-$40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
