Overview

Ira Toyota of Hyannis is part of Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. As a Business Development Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound leads and maintaining customer relationships.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

  • Handle inbound leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact
  • Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
  • Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques
  • Research and stay current in consumer and industry trends
  • Communicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employees
  • Provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications:

  • Business Development Center (BDC) experience preferred
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent follow-through skills
  • Solid working knowledge of the Internet
  • Familiarity with automotive financing
  • Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
