At HR Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled Loan Processor to join our team. As a Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in providing loan documentation and maintaining loan files throughout the lending process.

• Assist loan officers in preparing consumer, commercial, and real estate loan documents in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to bank policies and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with loan officers and loan administration to maintain loan files and resolve documentation issues during the origination process.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of loan documentation, including commercial and consumer loans, and be able to explain loan terms and structures to loan officers.
• Review loan documents for accuracy, compliance, and completeness prior to loan closing.
• Stay up-to-date on current regulations regarding loan documentation and disclosures, and participate in in-house or outside compliance training as needed.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of prior experience in a financial institution or loan-related field is preferred.
