Job Title: Clinical Social Worker

Thriveworks is a clinician-founded national private practice group with locations in 48 states. We are currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Sunnyvale, CA.

Job Summary:

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others and are committed to providing high-quality care to our clients. As a Clinical Social Worker at Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment for them to express themselves.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care for clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
  • Meet productivity and quality standards as outlined by Thriveworks
Requirements:
  • Must be fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in California
  • Must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
  • Must have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and a supportive environment for clients
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
