Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to provide speech and language therapy services to individuals with communication disorders in various settings such as schools, hospitals, and critical care units.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Provide therapy to improve communication skills, including articulation, fluency, and language, and collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and families to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and stay current with best practices in speech therapy and related fields.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure as a Speech Therapist.
  • Experience in critical care, acute care, schools, or hospitals is preferred, and knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech and swallowing is essential.
  • Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and standardized testing is also required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with healthcare professionals and families.
