Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a Master's degree in a healthcare-related field or DNP required.
  • Experience: Progressive leadership experience in a Magnet facility, with a strong track record of driving quality improvement and innovation.
  • Certifications: Current license in the State of New York as a Registered Professional Nurse, with certification in Leadership preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
