About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Training Registered Nurse - Peritoneal Dialysis Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in empowering patients to take control of their dialysis treatments at home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive education and training to patients on peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis modalities.
  • Collaborate with Nephrologists to develop personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct educational workshops to ensure our team stays up-to-date on the latest technologies and evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor patient conditions and lab results to ensure the safety and success of their chosen modality.
  • Participate in on-call rotations with our answering service to provide support to patients outside of regular office hours.
Requirements
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse.
  • At least 12 months of experience in nursing.
  • Additional 3 months of experience with peritoneal dialysis or home hemodialysis.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
