Job SummaryWe are looking for a compassionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services to children in their natural environments. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of our young clients.
Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to children in their homes, daycare centers, preschools, schools, or other natural environments.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify the needs and goals of each child and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to promote the development of fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and other essential skills for daily living.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in pediatric occupational therapy.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of NC.
- Clean background check.
- Competitive hourly rates based on experience.
- $0.50 per mile reimbursement for travel between clients.
- Full-time employees eligible for 3.5 weeks of PTO and paid holidays.
- 401(k) matching and other benefits.
