The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, including experience handling No Fault/PIP, Bodily Injury, and Premises Liability litigation. A Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school and an active license to practice law in Michigan are required. Strong automation and technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation are also essential.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of civil litigation cases, including No Fault/PIP, Bodily Injury, and Premises Liability litigation
  • Develop and implement trial strategies to achieve successful outcomes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in civil procedure and the rules of evidence
Requirements
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Michigan
  • 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
