**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Supervising Clinician to join our team at Life Skills Autism Academy. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will play a vital role in providing clinical oversight and guidance to our Behavior Technicians.

**What You'll Do:

  • Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians to ensure compliance with our clinical standards and retention of clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans for children with autism spectrum disorders using principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.
  • Lead and manage a team of Behavior Technicians, ensuring they have the necessary training and support to deliver high-quality services.
  • Engage with parents and caregivers to improve client outcomes and provide them with ongoing support and guidance.

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary range of **$80,000 - $90,000** per year, plus bonus opportunities based on performance. Our benefits package includes:

  • Monthly bonus opportunities based on exceeding clinical billable hour targets.
  • Additional bonus opportunities for achieving specific goals, such as 230 technician billable hours per week and 10% supervision hours provided to all but one active client per month.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or higher from an accredited university in a field related to ABA therapy.
  • BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
  • Active state license, if applicable.
  • 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience is preferred.
