Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Food Preparation: Prepare food and beverages to meet customer standards, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
• Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
• Teamwork and Communication: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with others to achieve goals.
• Food Safety and Sanitation: Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
