Here’s a glimpse into the role of a Large Format Sales Associate with PBNA:

  • Acting as the primary salesperson at the store level for large format clients such as supermarkets and mass merchants
  • Driving sales by cultivating and leveraging customer relationships, identifying opportunities, conducting business assessments, and delivering exceptional service
  • Rotating and stocking products on shelves, displays, coolers, vending machines, and backrooms
  • Receiving regular feedback for enhancement through key performance indicators
  • Collaborating with cross-functional Pepsi partners to fulfill customer requirements
  • Acquiring knowledge of new technologies, products, and sales techniques to expand accounts and enhance efficiencies
  • Executing displays, builds, and promotions, which may involve lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases weighing between 20-45 lbs. The position necessitates standing, walking, reaching, and squatting while merchandising products.
  • Utilizing equipment for product movement (e.g., U-Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks)
  • Supporting Pepsi's strong safety culture by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

We will provide the necessary training, but we do have a few minimum qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must possess a vehicle to access multiple store locations during assigned shifts
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
