We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Actalent. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects, including planning, organizing, and overseeing project tasks
• Supervise field staff, sub-contractors, and ensure overall project safety and quality
• Monitor construction activities from start to finish and lead communication between trades, disciplines, clients, and office leadership
• Report directly to the Project Manager and Construction Director through daily reporting logs and proactive communication

Requirements

• Jobsite safety management
• Project quality control
• Review submittals
• Project scheduling
• Manage project materials
• Daily reporting
• Communication with trades/sub-contractors, clients, and office leadership

What We Offer

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with an initial contract duration of 12 Month(s). You will work on fully on-site projects in the Kalamazoo Area, with a company truck, gas card, and cell phone provided. Your weekly schedule will be Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm, with hourly pay and overtime opportunities.
