Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise their implementation to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Communicate patient information effectively with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure continuity of care.
