Job Summary:
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct personal care services to clients as indicated in their individualized Plan of Care developed by the RN Case Manager or delegate.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
- Monitor clients' vital signs and report any changes to the RN Case Manager or delegate.
- Assist with medication administration and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current Certified Nurses Assistant License.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend short correspondence and memos.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Work Environment:
This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The Certified Nursing Assistant will be required to work 12 hour shifts, 7 days in a row.
