Front of House Representative

We're seeking a Front of House Representative to join our team at Wingstop, where you'll be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you'll play a critical role in setting the tone for their visit and ensuring that they leave feeling valued and satisfied. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, handling payments, and responding to any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Greet guests warmly and efficiently, making eye contact and engaging in conversation to build rapport.
• Take and deliver orders accurately and promptly, ensuring that all guests receive their food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Handle payments and process transactions efficiently, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and finding solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
