Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

At least 2 years of relevant experience in janitorial or custodial roles.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Effective communication skills with diverse populations
  • Proficient telephone etiquette
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Commitment to confidentiality

Technical Skills:

Capability to learn and utilize time management software, such as UltiPro.

Job Scope:

This role primarily involves the cleaning and sanitization of showers and restrooms after each use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean and disinfect showers, toilets, sinks, and floors after individual use.
  • Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms.
  • Wipe down surfaces used by individuals in the facility.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist intermittently or continuously.
  • Capability to grasp, push, pull objects, and reach overhead.
  • Ability to operate a telephone and desktop computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Comprehension of written information.
