Breakfast Host

We are seeking a friendly and organized Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Drury Hotels. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving hot breakfasts to our guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all.

• Prepare and serve hot breakfasts to guests, including cooking, plating, and presentation.
• Ensure exceptional guest service by providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere, responding to guest requests, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, including restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste.
• Conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels to ensure efficient food preparation and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve a positive and productive work environment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills and ability to accurately calculate inventory and order levels.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
