Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse Specialist to join our team at CoBridge Workforce Solution. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide guidance, oversight, and services to ensure the quality care of all residents and regulatory compliance of the assigned community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and oversight to the health services department to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the unique needs of residents.
  • Conduct focused assessments and document findings according to State Board of Nursing Practice Guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and physicians regarding care needs and incidents.
  • Assist with medication pass, medication monitoring, and delegation of duties to unlicensed staff.
  • Participate in incident/accident and/or medication error investigations and documentation.
  • Collaborate with community staff to ensure adequate staffing and maintain confidentiality of resident and employee information.
Requirements
  • Licensed Nurse in the appropriate state (LPN/LVN or Compact LPN/LVN if accepted by state).
  • Familiarity and willingness to work with elderly population.
  • Preferred proficiency in English.
  • Attends or completes online in-services as required for position.
  • Receives and maintains First Aid and CPR certification.
