Cultivation Specialist

At Nature's Grace and Wellness, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cultivation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our cultivation team, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and well-being of our plants, ensuring optimal growth and productivity.

• Perform routine plant maintenance tasks, including pruning, watering, and fertilizing, in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Monitor plant health and report any issues or concerns to management.
• Work collaboratively with the cultivation team to meet production schedules and achieve business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of daily production and communicate those records to management.
• Understand and apply the use of BioTrack, our seed-to-sale tracking program.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Greenhouse experience a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work longer hours as needed, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various seasonal temperatures and weather conditions.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs. and perform tasks that require sitting, standing, stretching, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass a Federal background check.
• Willingness to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
