We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at LifeStance Health. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality mental health services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as testing intakes and report writing
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
- Competitive compensation package, including a base salary and bonus structure
- Signing bonus and generous 'above market' compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings
