Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team in a Primary Care setting. As a key member of our integrated care team, you will provide behavioral health consultation to children, adolescents, adults, and families, working closely with primary care providers to address their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral health consultation to patients of all ages in an integrated community health setting
  • Collaborate with primary care providers to address immediate needs and provide individual brief treatment
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions as needed
  • Participate in ongoing supervision and training to maintain licensure and stay up-to-date on best practices

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work or related field (MSW, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MLADC)
  • Experience working in an integrated care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Fluency in any language other than English is a plus
