Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions to promote patient recovery and independence
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

  • 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in a SNF/LTC setting
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
