Job Title: Mixology Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Melting Pot. As a Mixology Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet guests and present beverage and food menus in a friendly and attentive manner.
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with recipes and company standards.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage bar inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as mixology or customer service.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of bar equipment and spirits.
• Certifications: Food Handlers card required.

Working Conditions:

• Shift: PM Shift, Full-time.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, lift, twist, and bend for up to 8 hours a day.
