Position Overview:

Quality Controlled Manufacturing Inc. is actively seeking skilled Conventional Machining Specialists for our 1st and 2nd shifts.
We are looking for individuals who are not only technically proficient but also eager to enhance their skills and knowledge within our dynamic environment.


Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Conventional Machinist in a machine shop setting.
  • Ability to set up and operate machinery independently.
  • Familiarity with various metals, including castings and forgings.
  • Understanding of cutting speeds and feeds for diverse materials, including exotic alloys.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is advantageous.
  • Proficient in geometric tolerancing and blueprint interpretation.
  • Experience with Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
  • General understanding of ISO9001/AS9100 quality systems is preferred.
  • Possession of personal tools is required.

This role demands excellent communication skills, as collaboration with engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams is essential to meet production deadlines and uphold quality standards.
