Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our staffing services.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully selling direct-hire staffing services in both blue-collar and white-collar job markets.
As a Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering client relationships, and contributing to our company's success.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in need of staffing services.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
Present our staffing services and solutions to clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM software.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand your professional network.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in the job market.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and activities to the management team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
Represent Tillotek Staffing Solutions with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales of direct hire staffing services.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of both blue-collar and white-collar job markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen and market awareness.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
