Our client, a prominent national law firm, is seeking a skilled bankruptcy attorney to join their Financial Restructuring & Creditors' Rights Group.

About the Role

The FRCR Group is a growing and diverse practice with a national footprint, focusing on sophisticated corporate reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings, and insolvency counseling.

Clients include official committees of unsecured creditors and bondholders, debtors-in-possession, Chapter 11 and 7 trustees, secured creditors and lenders, indenture trustees, insurers, asset purchasers, lessors, and other significant creditors.

Judicial clerkship experience and admission to the New York bar (in addition to NJ and/or DE) are preferred but not required.
