Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior spaces of our properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Remove trash, furniture, and debris from grounds.
  • Clean and maintain pools and hot tubs.
  • Clean gutters.
  • Water plants and maintain landscaping.
  • Maintain mail area.
  • Power wash buildings, sidewalks, etc.
  • Paint breezeways and exteriors of buildings.
  • Distribute notices/letters to residents.
  • Report maintenance problems and other issues to Property Manager.
Requirements
  • 6-12 months of related experience.
  • Ability to maintain reliable transportation, a current and valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance.
