Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate to assist our staff with various duties, providing administrative support and aiding in the success of our camp ministry programs.

Responsibilities

  • Support FCA staff with assigned tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Participate in planning and executing events, including camps and conferences, to promote the FCA mission.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven track record of successfully supporting teams and achieving project goals.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Benefits

FCA offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
