About the Role

We are currently looking for a qualified Staff Geotechnical Professional to join our team at Burgess Construction Consultants, Inc.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing geotechnical studies and projects, including subsurface investigations, soil foundation engineering, and settlement analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Preparation of geotechnical reports, including analysis and recommendations.
  2. Management of construction materials testing (CMT) projects.
  3. Preparation of geotechnical and CMT proposals, management of project budgets, and preparation of change orders.
  4. Hosting or attending project meetings with clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of related experience.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) license preferred.

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled geotechnical professional to join a dynamic and supportive team.
